We have currently closed accommodation, as we have reached capacity. Over the past few days we have made several efforts to find additional options with our partner accommodations, but at the moment they are not able to host more participants.

For this reason, we kindly ask those who still need accommodation to look for a place individually. To support you, we are happy to share a list of possible accommodations available.

If you are part of a class accompanied by a teacher, please let us know as soon as possible.

Youth Hostel Basel

A limited number of beds has been reserved at Youth Hostel Basel for conference participants with this discount.

How to book

Participants must book individually and directly with the hostel by email using the booking code below.

• Booking deadline: 23 March 2026
• Availability: 20 beds reserved (the contingent may be increased depending on availability)

Please make sure to contact the hostel by email and mention the booking code.
Do not book through online booking platforms, as the reserved rooms are only available via direct email request.

After the booking is confirmed, full prepayment of the total amount is required.

Additional information

• The reservation confirmation allows free public transport on the day of arrival from EuroAirport or Basel train stations to the hostel (TNW zones 10, 11, 13, EuroAirport 14–15).
• The BaselCard will be provided at check-in.
• Optional cancellation insurance (4% of the stay price) can be added upon request.

Availability of the reserved beds is guaranteed until 23 March 2026.
