Registration
Registration for the International Students’ Conference 2026 will open soon. Subscribe to our mailing list to be notified as soon as registration becomes available!
The participation fee is 275 CHF, which covers meals, accommodation, the conference program, and transportation to and from our overnight locations. Travel to and from Dornach will need to be arranged independently.
We understand that this may be a significant amount for many participants. The actual cost per participant is roughly double this fee, and we aim to cover the remainder through fundraising. If you are able to raise more than your own costs, we encourage you to consider contributing extra to help other students attend.
We are committed to making this conference accessible to every young person, regardless of financial circumstances. If you require financial support, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
Accommodation
All participants will be accommodated at Rudolf Steiner School Birseck. Each participant will need to bring a sleeping bag and a sleeping mat. Please note that, for logistical reasons, your accommodation may be subject to change.

Yes! You’re very welcome to participate as an individual!
The conference will start in the early afternoon of the 1st and conclude in the afternoon of the 5th.
All participants will be accommodated at Waldorf School Birseck, located near the Goetheanum. A shuttle service will be available in the mornings and evenings to make transportation easier.

We understand that attending an international conference can be financially challenging. While we are unfortunately unable to provide travel support, we will do our best to assist as many participants as possible with conference fees.
