Registration
The participation fee is 275 CHF, which covers meals, accommodation, the conference program, and transportation to and from our overnight locations. Travel to and from Dornach will need to be arranged independently. The participation fee without accommodation is 220 CHF.
We understand that this may be a significant amount for many participants. The actual cost per participant is roughly double this fee, and we aim to cover the remainder through fundraising. If you are able to raise more than your own costs, we encourage you to consider contributing extra to help other students attend.
Accommodation
Participants with accommodation included in their tickets will be accommodated at Rudolf Steiner School Birseck. Each participant will need to bring a sleeping bag and a sleeping mat. Please note that, for logistical reasons, your accommodation may be subject to change.

The conference will start in the early afternoon of the 1st and conclude in the afternoon of the 5th.
Participants with accommodation included in their tickets will be accommodated at Waldorf School Birseck, located near the Goetheanum. A shuttle service will be available in the mornings and evenings to make transportation easier. Please note that, for logistical reasons, your accommodation may be subject to change.
Yes! The additional nights are offered at a reduced rate of 13 CHF per person, per night. Only for the nights of March 31–April 1 and April 5–6. Fill this form to book the accommodation for one or both these additional days.
We understand that attending an international conference can be financially challenging. While we are unfortunately unable to provide travel support, we will do our best to assist as many participants as possible with conference fees. Please be informed that conference fee support applications have closed on February 18.
